| Lot 63 just opened on February 17 at 612 S. Main Street in the heart of Old Salem. |

| This space used to be occupied by the Moravian Bookstore which has relocated and the building is owned by the Salem Congregation. |
 |
| Current hours are 7am to 3pm but will soon be expanded to stay open until 10pm on weekdays and 11pm on Weekends with a taproom for beer and wine. |
 |
| Lease was signed over the summer and required building renovation began. |
 |
| Given its location in the middle of Old Salem, this will be a place where many folks form a first impression of Winston-Salem. |
 |
| This is a place to hang out in Old Salem without requiring a museum ticket. |
