Two 75 seat Independent Movie Screens in heart of downtown?

There are several credible sources that are discussing the potential for an independent "art house movie theater" in the heart of downtown Winston-Salem. Sources tell me that the business plan calls for two seperate 75 seat screens. Here's hoping that this project moves forward.

This would be such a great thing for downtown. I truly hope this project will work out, speaking as a hopeful future patron of the movie theater!

It would be nice not to have to drive to Greensboro most of the time to see a decent film.
