The Downtown Winston-Salem Partnership worked with the Urban Land Institute - Charlotte Chapter (Winston-Salem is in their membership area) to undertake a study of the Holly Avenue Area. The process included stakeholders from the area and is described in the report which can be downloaded if you click on the image above. The link will take you to the Holly Avenue TAP website, which provides answers to some of the question you might have. Our plan on moving forward is to reconvene the stakeholder group from the Holly Avenue TAP and discuss the final report and collectively discuss future action steps.
