Spruce Street between 2nd and 4th Streets in downtown Winston-Salem is now open to traffic. It was closed as part of the construction of the Rhodes Center for the Arts. The new entrance to the arts complex will be on Spruce Street with adjacent parking also on Spruce. The grand opening of this facility and Hanesbrands Theatre is set for Sept. 8-12. Spruce St. Now Open In Front of Rhodes Center for the Arts
Spruce Street between 2nd and 4th Streets in downtown Winston-Salem is now open to traffic. It was closed as part of the construction of the Rhodes Center for the Arts.
