You are invited to come explore the wonderful downtown lifestyle on Saturday, April 9, from 10:00am- 4:00pm. Tickets are only $10 and you get to tour a dozen properties throughout downtown Winston-Salem.
Downtown Docents will help you find your way during this residential tour that also includes dining and shopping stops along the way. Street front footprints identify those residential and commercial lofts on tour.
Self Guided Tour through all Districts of Downtown including:
Southern Districts - Brookstown, Old Salem and Gateway
Northern Districts - Arts District, Goler Heights and Twin City Quarter
Fourth Street Districts - Theater District, Holly Avenue Neighborhood and Piedmont Triad Research Park
Western Districts - West End and Burke Street
2011 Loft Tour is a collaboration of the Downtown Winston-Salem Partnership (DWSP) and Downtown Residents Association of Winston-Salem (DRAW-S).
