I had the opportunity to sit down with Steve Scroggin today and was happy to hear that he is shooting for an April 27th Ribbon Cutting at 11AM.

One thing that I noticed today when reading the menu is that they definitely have a wide variety of Smoothies, as the name implies. However, what I think pops out is that they have a wide variety of food on the menu, such as salads, sandwiches, flatbreads, breakfast, etc.
