Invited: Anyone interested in buying into downtown
Kranke's Coffee will host the first of several forums on what it takes to become an Urban Pioneer. The event will showcase the experience and insight of people who have done it as well as provide connections to professionals you will need in the process. Emphasis will be placed on what it takes to find and acquire properties, how to finance renovations and repairs as well as long term strategies for energizing Winston Salem's historic neighborhoods.
