Our Real Estate Roundtable group met off-site this morning to tour the recently completed Von Leake Condominiums. It was an incredible tour and I found myself wishing that I could move into these units myself.
There are 2 units on the market and Maine Street Redevelopers, Inc. spared no expense in the construction process. The project continues the renaissance that is already occuring in the northeast corner of downtown, with such projects as:
Goler CDC, Gallery Lofts, Winston Factory Lofts, John Kuhn Galleries, and Wildfire.
