The new Winston Factory Lofts which are in the late stages of construction has completed putting a coat of paint on the Water Tower. The old Brown Rogers Dixson building was originally built for the P.H. Hanes Company in the 1920's and is currently being coverted into 85 loft apartments by the Richmond based Clachan Properties, LLC.Check out these construction photos.
