The City of Winston-Salem is in the final stages of construction on Strollway Improvements along Trade Street. The work being done in the photo at the intersection of Fourth and Trade Street will allow two-way traffic from 4th to 5th Street along Trade Street. This is a long anticipated improvement which will improve the traffic circulation within downtown.
