Rib Showdown between downtown Poobahs of Pork

Although downtown is no longer the home to the Twin City Ribfest, North Carolina's only two entrants in this national ribber competition hail from mighty downtown Winston-Salem.

There will be intrigue and excitement as I visit the event and "pig out" and stroll through festival layout to bear witness to this 'heavywight bout of pork paradise'
