You're Invited to the Level 23 Ribbon Cutting Ceremony tomorrow (Friday)

The Downtown Winston-Salem Partnership is pleased to announce the Official Ribbon Cutting Ceremony of Level 23 Fashions, a new trend setting fashion destination!

You're invited to the ceremony that will take place tomorrow at 11:00 a.m. Level 23 is located at 500 W. Fourth St. in the historic Loewy Building at the corner of Fourth & Poplar Streets.

Scheduled to speak are Mayor Allen Joines from the City of Winston-Salem, James A. Rousseau- Chairman of the Board of Commissioners for the Housing Authority of Winston-Salem, Angela Pereira of Level 23 Fashions, and Rence Callahan - Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Downtown W-S Partnership.
