From August 3-8, 2009, the City of the Arts will celebrate the twentiethanniversary of the National Black Theatre Festival. With over 90 performances, this year's festival will be another truly "Marvtasitic" event. Many locals volunteer and assist during the festival. Wondering how you or your company or organization might help out? It's easy. Check out the schedule of events, at www.nbtf.org, pick a performance, purchase some tickets invite some friends and coworkers to attend with you. Many are reasonably priced and the performances are top notch. The festival is also a great way to entertain clients. Greet the many visitors and celebrities to our city during the festival, and ensure they spread the word that Winston-Salem/Forsyth County is a wonderful place to visit anytime of year!
