Byron K. Howell has opened Nu Shoes in the Loewy Building at 500 W. Fourth Street. His hours are Monday - Saturday 10am to 7pm. He features Italian shoemakers, JRenee, Bass, Naturalizer, Clarks, and many more. This is a great new addition to downtown. The phone number at the store is 722-8933. Yesterday was his first day. I stopped in to see him and he had a store full of customers.
