Real Estate Roundtable Meeting This Wed. Oct. 21 at Winston Factory Lofts

The DWSP Real Estate Roundtable meets every 3rd Wednesday of the month at 8:00 am. This month, we are taking a "field trip" to tour the Winston Factory Lofts at 675 N. Main St. (formerly the Brown Rogers Dixson Building). Ruben Gonzales, Director of Economic Development for the City of Winston-Salem, will also be there to discuss the Economic Development Loan Program.
