The Downtown City Farmers’ Market will open for its 18th season on Tuesday, May 4 at the old City Market at Sixth Street between Cherry and Trade in the heart of the Downtown Arts District. The Market is held weekly, Tuesday and Thursday, May through September from 9:00am until 1:00pm. The opening celebration will include balloons, music, and give-away of cloth recycled shopping bags to the first 100 customers and a pizza sale to benefit the Downtown School.
