Community Arts Cafe, located at 411 W. Fourth Street, has just installed a very new awning on the Commerce Plaza Building. Along with this awning, construction of 'Arts Alley' is almost complete, which is the second phase of the Community Arts Cafe's physical location in the lower level of Commerce Plaza.
