Construction on the new Center for the Arts in downtown Winston-Salem is nearing completion. A prominent feature will be the canopy at the Spruce Street entrance. Steel and other materials were being delivered, starting today, and a huge construction crane is on site in the heart of downtown Winston-Salem.
