"Food for Thought" is the theme this year of the Traid-wide Design, Arts and Technology Symposium held October 9-11 at the Milton Rhodes Center for the Arts. This year's event is bringing together groups from all over the triad, from refugees to reastaurant owners to artists and design professionals, all with the goal of creating community in the Triad through discussions of food and food culture.
