Winston-Salem Symphony Opens Its 64th Season In Downtown Winston-Salem


The Winston-Salem Symphony opens its 64th season with concerts on October 16th, 17th and 19th at the Stevens Center. Guest pianist Awadagin Pratt plays Brahms’ first piano concerto and the orchestra, conducted by Robert Moody, plays Samuel Barber’s gem, Overture to The School for Scandal, and Elgar’s masterful musical riddle, Enigma Variations.
