Winston-Salem, N.C. – The Garage (110 W. 7th St.) to host a Capricorn costume party presented by The Red Lipstick Society. 9:00pm on January 14th, 2011. Headlining the show is: Crazy Neil & Young Horse, a rocking Neil Young & Crazy Horse tribute band that was featured at the 2010 Krankies Annual Halloween Party. They are returning to the stage for a ONE-TIME extended set.
Starting out the evening will be The Red Lipstick Society featuring a mixed set of RLS favorites and Famous Capricorn “Appearances” including Janis Joplin, Dan Reeder, Dolly Parton...
COME DRESSED AS YOUR FAVORITE CAPRICORN ! ANY CAP YOU KNOW, FAVORITE CAPRICORNS FROM HISTORY, OR THE GOAT-FISH ITSELF! SPECIAL APPEARANCES FROM JANIS JOPLIN, DOLLY PARTON, ANNIE LENNOX, DAN REEDER, DAVID BOWIE & MANY MORE!
The costume choices are bountiful: Elvis Presley, Al Capone, Nostradamus, Kit Carson, Ava Gardner, Cab Calloway, Rod Stewart, Howard Stern, Joan od Arc, Martin Luther King, Muhammad Ali, Edgar Allen Poe, Dolly Parton, David Bowie and sooooo many more. There’ll be a costume contest for best dressed Cap!
