Congratulations to Suzy Baxter of the Nissen Building Apartments, who has been selected as the recipient of the Piedmont Triad Apartment Association’s “Cynthia Apple” Manager of the Year for 2010. Suzy has been the property manager of the Nissen Building since January 2006. The Nissen Building is located at 310 W. Fourth St. and is comprised of 145 apartments and 3 commercial spaces- tenants of which include Mellow Mushroom, Kernel Kustard and soon to be Camino Bakery.

Thanks for posting this. Suzy's been a valued member of PTAA for years and it was a real pleasure to be able to present her with the award. She definitely was a deserving award recipient!
