I receive many e-mails regarding many varied topics. I received one today from a long-time downtown champion titled "Walk Score". It was a link to the following list. NC Walk Scores
I noticed that Winston-Salem had an overall score that I wanted to be higher, so of course I started digging into how and why this score was determined. I am still not sure I understand it.. As I dug into this, I learned that you could break this information down by zip code and by address. So I plugged in the address of the DWSP at 305 W. Fourth Street. I was happy to see that a score of 94 came up.
