Construction underway at 300 S. Main Street

If you have been driving northbound on Main Street just before the Business 40 overpass, you will notice that the building at 300 S. Main Street is under construction.  This beautiful building will be occupied by Arbor Investment Advisors as their new office space.  The building was  originally a Winston-Salem Fire Station (1958-1976), built with bricks provided by George Black.  The project began 1st of June and is expected to be completed in mid-September.

Also, there will be an additional 2,250 SF of office space available (downstairs) for rent, beginning Sept 1st.  Aubrey Linville of MeridianRealty is listing agent.
