I am happy to say I discovered The Oval Office about 6 months ago while in desperate need of a haircut and I can not say enough about Carlos, the owner, and what a great ,relaxing and guy friendly environment he has created. This is one of those small business jewels you want to see succeed so please guys go check it out and visit Carlos. He has a shoe shine service, hot towel and shaves available as well manicures and has mentioned offering facials. Relax, watch sportscenter and get the full treatment.
