DPJ Residential http://www.dpjresidential.com/about/ - has started site clearing and demolition on their 3rd project in downtown Winston-Salem, which will be called Artreaux and will consist of 242 residential apartments in the heart of the Industry Hill district.
DPJ has developed two other downown projects:

All of these sites are interesting, from the historic ones to the future. Our Downtown is a great experiment that is now taking place, in addition to what has been done.
I am excited about this new development on Industry Hill. It will definitely enliven that corner of downtown and likely spur even more development in that section.
