New Construction underway at Hilltop House

50 additional residential apartment units are now under construction in downtown Winston-Salem.  This will be in addition to the already existing 54 units that are now for lease.  See link below.

These new units are needed and will add much needed supply to the downtown apartment housing market.  The existing downtown aprartment market has been fully leased up and waiting lists are in place.  Congratulations to Bud Baker and his team for bringing this project forward.
