Apartment Construction Update

"The Easley" - 300 apartments - planned completion 2021

"The Easley" is under construction near Truist Stadium, home of the Winston-Salem Dash.  The Easley is a 300-unit apartment development bordered by First, Second, and Broad Streets. In addition to the residential units, a small public park is situated on the north end of the site plan and includes a bike path for city dwellers to connect through downtown Winston-Salem.

Link Apartments 4^th Street is located in the heart of downtown on 4^th Street, Winston-Salem’s main thoroughfare for commercial activity, providing convenient access to the City’s numerous employment centers and cultural institutions.  Once complete, Link Apartments 4^th Street will deliver 224-units with a mix of well-appointed and highly-amenitized junior, 1-, and 2-bedroom apartments.
